Effective 21 July 2026
DayScore (the website and the Chrome extension) does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is gathered in the first place.
Everything you enter — daily ratings, optional notes, settings, and the mini-game high score — is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. It never leaves your device. There is no server, no account, no sync, and the extension makes no network requests.
The extension requests no browser permissions. It cannot read your tabs, browsing history, or anything outside its own popup. It uses no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party services.
You can erase everything at any time from the app's settings, by removing the extension, or by clearing your browser's site data. Once cleared, the data is gone — we never had a copy.
